"I sense the moment has come to commit all the Church's energies to a new Evangelization."  Pope John Paul II urges, pleads, challenges, and invites us to a new evangelization, "new in expression, new in fervor, and new in methods."

You must have the courage to speak about Christ, to bear witness to your faith through a lifestyle inspired by the Gospel. The harvest is great indeed for evangelization and so many workers are needed. Christ trusts you and counts on your collaboration." (Pope John Paul II)

God needs all of us to play a part in this evangelizing activity of his Church in order to continue to bring Christ's redeeming love and life to all those who do not know him; to those who might have forgotten about him; and to those, including ourselves, who need to grow day by day in the grace he offers.
